The temperature reached 40.1 degrees and set a record for November
The chill came today to 40.1 degrees in Capital Federal, record high for November, under a heat wave will continue until tomorrow as planned and resulted in water shortages and power outages, with protests by local residents in both neighborhoods of the city and in suburban Buenos Aires.
